da house Spot is an underground Chicago nightlife spot that started in early 2004. It was founded by Ron Watkins and Robert Williams. Robert came to Afrodesia looking for a new look for flyers to help attract more patrons.  It was determined that not only did they need solid design on the flyers but they also needed a consistent design to help establish their brand. The "da house spot" logo was done to help ensure consistent identity; the logo was emphasized by the word “spOt”.

The new makeover proved to be a complete success in helping fuel the new club’s direction. Lot’s of various attention was gained by the logo being emphazd through each flyer, which help to attract some heavy dj hitters throughout the house music scene. Each flyer that was developed, made the

Dj marquee figure for the evening along with some witty themes for each flyer.
